I find a straight pride event no more acceptable than one focused on white pride.

As I noted, there is nothing wrong with a person’s view evolving. However, when it changes back and forth several times in the space of a few days, it doesn’t seem to indicate that there is a strong personal belief in the subject at hand. If there is confusion within the campaign about such an important subject then either the leadership is lacking or recognition was not made quickly that there was a problem with the messaging.

Lundquist’s supporters are very cognizant of the fight ahead. This council district has been the only one represented by a Republican for several years. However, many of the same people on the ground also helped flip the state and federal seats. They know how to get on the ground and connect with their neighbors.
